Our products are manufactured by state of the art technology and equipment using CNC machining centers and EDM machines. Our highly productive equipment with 3 to 5 axis assure performance accuracy to ±0,002.
Iwamet machines carbon and tool steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous alloys and plastic.
We use only certified materials. We are specializing in small and medium size batches.
Our activities include:
- precision machining of aluminium castings
- machining of highly complicated, thin-wall parts (aviation)
- machining of high strength materials (titanium, inconel, steinless steel etc.)
We have our own engineering department, which handles all technology and documentation needed to achieve customers demands. We employee a highly experienced staff who use the newest CAD/CAM Systems (Unigraphics NX).
